Giveaway Rules 07192018:

  1. You must be 18 to enter.
  2. You must Like, Comment and Share the contest post on Facebook to be registered.
  3. You must be a legal resident of North Carolina and have a valid NC ID.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. Giveaway ends September 30th.
  6. Winner will be chosen at random.
  7. The giveaway is being run and administered by Michels & Gauquies Cosmetic & Family Dentistry.
  8. The winner must pick up their prize at our office. No prizes will be shipped.
