Our experience here was amazing. My husband and I are first time patients and everything from the cleaning to treatments was amazing. The support staff is so kind and welcoming and the treating staff are empathetic and skillful. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I'm not one who normally leaves reviews but if I do, please know it is to help someone else. The quick version of my story is I was in a lot of pain and a emergency appointment was not available at the dentist office I normally use. Michels & Gauquie got me in right away and took care of me from beginning to end. The pain was major but the kind, respectful and caring service recieved was an experience of its own. A huge thank you to Dr. Harrell and Alexus for their patience and for caring about me. They truly made sure I was comfortable and managed my pain levels, while performing my procedure. And a special thank you to the Dr on call after hours, who quickly returned my call when my pharmacy was being less than professional. She absolutely made sure my prescription was recieved and filled.
I feel a lot better, but what really touched my heart was now viewing Michels & Gauguie's website and becoming aware of what they do for the community. Thank you for all you do.
