I'm doubling back to review again after being a client now for close to a year. I love this dentist! They move with so much grace& everyone is very kind! I've never been to a place like it. To Dr. McGee you are AWESOME! Dr. McGee Definitely shows professionalism & makes you feel important & cared for during your visit. Explains everything well. Never change who you are for anyone! My insurance is not in network but I still come because I fear not being treated the same elsewhere 😬 my teeth love it here lol. If you're looking for a great dentist, look no further. Highly recommended & wishing nothing but great things to come for this office as a whole. God bless!!

Yesterday was my first visit to this state of the art dentist office! Not only is it gorgeous, the staff are top notch! I was welcomed right away by the most genuine young lady at the front desk. Shortly after I had Steven show me around the office and introduce me to my hygienist, Heather. Heather has the best personality and put me completely at ease. She explained everything she was doing and even offered to use the massage chair as I was getting my teeth cleaned! Dr. Michels was amazing, also! Everyone here was so friendly and happy to be there. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to being a repeat client!

Amazing!

This was the most phenomenal dental experience I’ve ever had! I am beyond fulfilled with my orthodontic results! I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing staff to go on this journey with! They treat you like family & work with you on any financial dilemmas you have! I’ve had my fast braces on for a year & 2 months and every visit the facility has been nothing but spotless! Very clean environment. If i could I would give them a 100 star rating lol! Highly recommend!!!!! Here are some pictures of my before & after results.

I am blown away by the experience we had with Dr. Gauquie this week. I needed an appointment immediately for my 6 year old son- his crown was cracked, exposing sharp edges to his tender mouth- he couldn't eat without crying. I called the dentist who put it on and they gave me a lot of excuses about why they couldn't "fit us in at the last minute" despite my attempt to explain the situation. The great experience at Michels and Gauquie started with the woman who answered the phone- she offered us an appointment within the hour and also sounded empathetic- which means a lot to a mom with a kid in pain! When we got there we were greeted with the warmest greeting I have ever received in a medical office. The man welcomed me, showed me where the restrooms were, and encouraged me to have a drink from their complimentary drink bar (I was able to make a coffee which is also always such a simple yet very nice gesture). We were called back on time by a very nice hygienist and then Dr. Gauquie was in our room within seconds. He asked me what was going on and was so gentle and sweet to my son, asking him to show him the tooth. I was fully prepared for replacing the crown, which is around $700 or more- Dr. Gauquie turned to me and said "if it was my son, I would smooth the sharp pieces away and keep an eye on it". I agreed and he then patiently and kindly explained to my son what he was going to do and made sure to tell him nothing was going to hurt. 5 minutes later we were done, my son was going inside a magical life-size tree where he was able to pick out a boxed lego toy, and as the hygienist takes us to the checkout desk she says "there's no charge today". Absolutely blown away. That is kindness and care that you do not see often. So very thankful. I forgot to mention that we were also headed out of town at noon for a work trip. We were able to leave on time due to this office's kindness. Thank you all SO much. It's easy to see why they were voted #1 dental office in Greenville.

I had an incredible experience at Michael’s and Gauquie dental office while getting my teeth straightened with Fast Braces. Dr. G was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I was on a time crunch as I was getting married in less than a year and Dr. G had me in and out of those braces in about a 6 month period (my teeth are overachievers). I was ecstatic! I looked forward to my visits every three weeks, especially because of Blair, the dental assistant. She was always friendly and attentive, which made each appointment feel welcoming and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this office for anyone looking to improve their smile! I’m over the moon with my results and I am so grateful for this amazing staff! 🩷

I had a dental emergency over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and it's like the person that answered the phone could feel my pain and the urgency in my voice. She had me come in right away. When I checked in she remembered my call and again she was amazing. I was taken care of with urgency, excellency and compassion. I will never forget this experience.
